If the price for trying to build a case for Daniel Bryan as a Top 10 WOTY (again) is watching these strange empty arena shows, then why not? Sad to say that Sami doesn’t do much here except cower and run. A supreme waste of his talents and a shadow of the greatness he’s attained in the past. But on the flip side, we have the GOAT beating the crap out Sami, really laying in some great strikes. So swings and roundabouts. This isn’t great but Bryan is great in it–a common factor in many of his “lesser” matches. Worth seeing for a good time but if you want a banger, just watch their match from PWG in 2007.
